Sears & Partners was formed in 2005 by Dr. James T. Sears.

We offer a portfolio of services targeted at specific real estate needs and interests. Working with investors, second-home buyers, or persons planning retirement, we provide consultative services and exclusive buyer representation in Charleston, South Carolina and select countries in Central America.

Ten percent of our profit is donated to local community efforts.
