Those listed below are available to our registered users. Other fee-based services, including buying or selling of properties, assessing current or potential real estate investments, and providing second opinions for properties to be listed or placed under contract, are available.

           

 

NEIGHBORHOOD LINKS

Neighborhood Links connects you to specific markets of the Charleston area islands, historical neighborhoods, or gentrifying areas. Site includes descriptions of the neighborhood, real estate new stores, maps, real estate data, and photographs.

 

NEWSPAPER COLUMNS

I write a regular real estate column for several Charleston-area newspapers. Columns report specific data related to one or more neighborhoods with my opinion or discuss a more general aspect related to housing and real estate.

 

HOT SHEETS

This is a monthly report of the number of houses sold, newly listed, currently listed, withdrawn, and under contract along with price ranges, median prices, and days on the market within select Charleston areas and neighborhoods. The "hot sheet" is based on Charleston Trident Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data.

 

DATA POINTS

These are charts detailing various market activities which often supplement other databases on this site or reports/columns which we have published.
