James T. Sears, PhD, is a licensed S.C. Realtor, working with CSA Real Estate Services of Charleston. He specializes in buying and selling residential real estate (single family homes, multi-family units, vacant land) and manages residential rental properties. Sears is an Accredited Buyer Representative. The ABRŪ designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORSŪ who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. Sears educational background includes a Masters degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his PhD from Indiana University, which awarded him its outstanding alumni award.
