Consulting on Specific Projects
We consult with individuals, corporations, and government entities on matters related to residential real estate development, purchase, or sales.
We meet with the customer to determine specific needs and requirements. Following that meeting, a 2 to 5 page consulting proposal is prepared for the customer, which may be followed up by a formal presentation.This proposal includes the approach to be used, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.
Services are rendered to clients on the basis of one of several fee structures:
- Work-for-Hire. A fixed-price for completion of a specified project.
- Hourly. An estimate with a range of work hours is provided along with the hourly fee.
- Retainer. For previous clients, an on-going collaborative arrangement can be provided.
