New HUD1 & Good Faith Forms
Effective January 1, 2010 mortgage companies and real estate brokers/attorneys must used the new HUD1 closing form. Additionally, mortgage companies are required to provide customers with a Good Faith Estimate, which allows customers to compare prices and lessens the likelihood of predatory lending.
