Sears & Partners produces a variety of publications and reports on residential real estate for the barrier islands, historic neighborhoods, and gentrifying communities. Additionally, government and non-government organizations produce reports and publications, some of which are issued monthly. These reports include raw data and data analysis of the real estate markets on the Charleston Area, South Carolina ,and the United States issued by a range of government or quasi-government agencies:The Federal Reserve, Department of Housing and Urban Development, the FDIC, and the US Conference of Mayors The National Association of Home Builders, the Mortgage Bankers Association, The National Association of Realtors, RealtyTrac, and the South Carolina Association of Realtors. The Charleston Trident Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is maintained by the local Realtor association. Selected raw data from their listings are available here.
