We appreciate your interest in our rental property. Because we want to rent to people who are capable of paying their rent on time, will abide by the conditions of the lease, and be good neighbors, we have developed an application process which helps us determine whether applicants meet these qualifications.
1. Download, print, and fully complete the application form. Make sure you read the application instructions and check out the Frequently Asked Questions along with downloading any other necessary rental documents.
2. Bring the signed form along with a government-issued ID and a cashier’s check, cash or money order for $135 ($35 processing fee for each separate application and $100 earnest money) for the purpose of verifying information submitted on your application and as earnest deposit on the rental property.
3. This dwelling will be rented to the applicant(s) provided that all three of these items are met:
- The Applicant(s) rental application and credit history satisfy us
- The Applicant(s) signs the Lease offered by us within 24 hours of being approved. If you have a pet who will be moving in with you, a separate pet agreement must be signed.
- The Applicant(s) pays the remaining sum of money necessary for immediate move in or pays a deposit for the agreed move-in date.
Should the Applicant(s) be approved to rent this dwelling and meet all three conditions above, the $100 earnest money will be applied to the security deposit.
Should the Applicant(s) be approved to rent this dwelling and not do so, or should the applicant withdraw the application, none of the monies received will be refunded.
Should the Applicant(s) not be approved to rent this dwelling, $100 earnest money will be refunded.
Neither this application fee nor this earnest money shall restrict us from continuing to receive other applications from potential renters on this dwelling or from continuing to list this dwelling for rent. It is understood that this sum received is not a deposit to hold the dwelling.
